These Website Terms govern use of this website, including the service descriptions, sample materials, enquiry form and meeting-booking links. They do not by themselves create a paid QA engagement.
1. Business-to-business website
The QA services described on this website are intended for businesses and professionals, including founders, product managers, engineering managers, CTOs and product teams.
2. Enquiries and service requests
Submitting an enquiry, booking a call, discussing scope, or viewing a listed service and price does not by itself create a contract for paid services or require either party to proceed with an engagement.
Before paid work begins, the applicable Service Provider and Client will enter into a separate bilingual Service Agreement / Договір про надання послуг. Each specific engagement will then be documented through a bilingual Invoice / Рахунок that includes the engagement-specific scope, deliverables, prerequisites, price, payment terms and delivery timing. The Service Agreement and applicable Invoice govern the paid engagement.
3. Service information and pricing
The website describes standard service packages, indicative scope, deliverables, prices and turnaround periods. A specific engagement may be adjusted by written agreement before the Invoice is issued. The Invoice controls the final scope, price, currency, prerequisites, deliverables and delivery period for that engagement.
4. Sample reports
Sample reports are illustrative examples only. They do not describe a current client's product, guarantee that a future engagement will identify the same types or number of findings, or guarantee a particular outcome.
5. Testing limitations
Software testing and QA assessment are sampling and risk-identification activities. No website statement or sample material should be understood as a guarantee that every defect, vulnerability, regression, process weakness or release risk will be identified.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content, service descriptions, sample materials, templates and presentation are provided for evaluation of the offered services and may not be republished or represented as another person's or organisation's work.
7. Third-party services
This website may use or link to third-party services, including FormSubmit for enquiry delivery and Calendly for scheduling. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Availability of third-party services is outside the website operator's control.
8. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. No reliance on website content as a contract
If there is any inconsistency between this website and a signed or otherwise validly accepted Service Agreement or Invoice, the contractual documents govern the paid engagement.
10. Changes
These Website Terms may be updated when the website, service workflow or applicable legal requirements change. The version shown above identifies the current website terms.
