Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you contact this website about QA services or book a meeting. The controller for website enquiries is Eduard Stepanyshchenko, operating the QA services offered on this site. If an engagement is formed, the applicable Service Provider will be identified in the relevant Service Agreement and Invoice.

1. Data we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may receive:

• your email address;
• the service you selected;
• the optional message or business context you submit;
• meeting details and contact information you provide through Calendly;
• ordinary technical information processed by hosting, security and communications providers when you use the site.

2. Why we use the data

We use this information only as reasonably necessary to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• discuss, schedule and prepare a potential engagement;
• communicate about an agreed engagement;
• maintain reasonable business, security and legal records.

Where applicable, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and operating the service securely. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated advertising and we do not sell personal data.

3. Service providers

The enquiry form is transmitted through FormSubmit so that your message can be delivered. FormSubmit may temporarily store submissions as part of its service. If you choose to schedule a meeting, Calendly processes the booking information you provide. Website hosting, email and other technical providers may also process limited data where necessary to provide their services.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. Personal data may therefore be processed in countries other than the country where you are located, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

4. Retention

Enquiry and correspondence data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Inactive enquiry records are normally deleted or no longer actively retained within 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an engagement, accounting, dispute resolution or another legal obligation.

5. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to processing of your personal data, and to complain to a competent data protection authority. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

To make a privacy request, use the enquiry form and write “Privacy request” in the comment field. If we have already contacted you, you may also reply directly to that communication.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or first-party analytics tracking. Third-party services that you choose to open, such as Calendly, may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

7. Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The version and effective date shown above identify the current notice.
